THIS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAT YOU
MIGHT THINK. ESPECIALLY IN THE
COMPETITIVE SEATTLE MARKET.
Crossing all t’s and dotting all those tedious i’s matters
to the listing agent receiving your offer. Two offers can
be exactly the same, but if an offer is poorly written or
presented, it can be the deciding factor.
Whenever possible I will present your offer in person.
This lost art of face-to-face is something that many agents
and clients still find extremely valuable. My process of a team-centric
approach sets the tone for a positive transaction with my agent
colleagues on the other side of the table.
THIS ALL MATTERS GREATLY TO ENSURING
A SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION.
THE FIRST 4 DAYS ON MARKET WILL
BE A GREAT BAROMETER
It will offer us a clearer perspective on
how accurate we were with our pricing
and will indicate that we will likely either
be anticipating and offer(s) or or may be
heading into week 2 on market.
If we continue on market we will have
received valuable feedback from agents,
buyers and the overall market alike, which
will be an asset moving forward.
Before week 3 commences, we will meet
to discuss next steps of our strategy. For
example buyer and broker feedback,
pricing, ad placements, etc..
Good communication is key piece to my
successful client partnerships.
I am committed to keeping you up-to-
date on the events surrounding the sale of
your home. This will enable you to make
informed, timely decisions based on the
continuing flow of information.
