to the listing agent receiving your offer. Two offers can
be exactly the same, but if an offer is poorly written or
presented, it can be the deciding factor.
Whenever possible I will present your offer in person.
This lost art of face-to-face is something that many agents
and clients still find extremely valuable. My process of a team-centric
approach sets the tone for a positive transaction with my agent
colleagues on the other side of the table.

THE FIRST 4 DAYS ON MARKET WILL
BE A GREAT BAROMETER

It will offer us a clearer perspective on
how accurate we were with our pricing
and will indicate that we will likely either
be anticipating and offer(s) or or may be
heading into week 2 on market.
If we continue on market we will have
received valuable feedback from agents,
buyers and the overall market alike, which
will be an asset moving forward.
Before week 3 commences, we will meet
to discuss next steps of our strategy. For
example buyer and broker feedback,
pricing, ad placements, etc..
